Cultivating a Culture of Stewardship: The “Clean & Green” Initiative
The mission of Paul Theological Seminary extends beyond the lecture hall and into our daily lives. We believe that a key part of our calling is to be responsible stewards of both our faith and our environment. This value was beautifully demonstrated through the recent “Clean & Green” Campus Initiative, successfully organized by the PTS Student Body in collaboration with the administration. Our students actively participated in campus beautification projects, from planting new greenery to organizing waste management efforts. The initiative was not just about making our campus look better; it was about fostering a deeper sense of responsibility and environmental awareness among our community. It was a tangible reflection of our commitment to responsible stewardship—a core principle that applies to everything from our natural resources to our relationships with one another. This project reinforced the idea that our faith calls us to care for all of creation. It’s a powerful reminder that our actions, no matter how small, can have a positive impact. By working together to create a healthier and more beautiful living environment, we are embodying the very principles we teach: community, service, and responsible leadership.
