At Paul Theological Seminary, we believe that true learning happens both in the classroom and in the community. Our Field Ministry Program is a cornerstone of our curriculum, designed to bridge the gap between theological theory and practical application. This past semester, our students engaged in a variety of initiatives, including community outreach, house visitations, and providing support to local churches. The results were truly impactful. Students not only shared their knowledge but also learned invaluable lessons about empathy, communication, and the real-world challenges of ministry. This hands-on experience allows them to put their theological understanding to work, strengthening the bond between PTS and the communities we serve. It’s a powerful cycle: classroom learning informs their ministry, and field experience enriches their theological understanding. This approach ensures that our graduates are not just knowledgeable, but also equipped with the practical skills and spiritual maturity needed to make a tangible difference. We are committed to shaping leaders who are ready to serve wherever they are called, reflecting our mission to prepare individuals for effective ministry.
